Report of Findings
Your second visit is known as your Report of Findings (ROF). At the conclusion of your first visit you will be directed to make your second visit within 2 and not more than 7 days of your first visit.
Recommended Program of Care
The ROF will be a synopsis of your initial examination and will include an explanation of our findings, your recommended program and frequency of care for the short term, rehabilitation, realistic long term outcomes and expectations from care. If necessary we will also discuss the need for referral and whom we recommend. You will be fully advised on what we recommend before we proceed with any form of treatment. Your necessary adjustments will be explained and any questions you may have, you are encouraged to ask at this stage.
This appointment will take up to 30 minutes.
